Policy Duration: Our return window extends for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your acquisition, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Certain exclusions apply, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, personalised on-demand products, gift cards, and specific health and personal care items.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. For items exceeding $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance.
Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or our customer service portal within the stipulated 30-day timeframe.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed promptly, but please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account. The original payment method used for the purchase will be employed.
Non-refundable Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted for opened/unboxed items, items not in their original condition, damaged items, or those returned more than 30 days after delivery.
